I walked around the city of Porto, Portugal admiring the many tile walls. (Portugal is known for tile work everywhere, inside and outside of buildings.) The country was going through some hard economic times, and I saw many businesses that were now gone. Still, I love the shapes and colors of what is left behind and it leaves my mind to imagine what was there before.
